This Privacy Policy explains how PikoApps ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use DepoJet, FaturaJet, and our other apps and services (the "Services"). It's written to be plain and specific — if anything here is unclear, contact us using the details at the bottom.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — account details (name, email, phone), business data you enter (inventory items, invoices, contacts), and anything you send us through support. We also collect information automatically: device type, app version, crash logs, and general usage events (e.g. which screens are opened), used only to keep the Services working and to prioritize improvements.
How we use it
We use your information to operate and improve the Services, sync your data between mobile and the Desktop Console, provide support, send essential account and product notices, and — only with your consent where required — send product updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us run the Services (cloud hosting, crash reporting, customer support tooling), under agreements that limit their use of it to that purpose. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of PikoApps and our users.
Data storage & security
Your business data is stored on encrypted infrastructure and synced securely between your devices. The Desktop Console connects to your mobile app directly over your local network rather than routing your data through an external server. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and delete it within 90 days of a verified deletion request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain uses of it. You can manage most of this from inside the app, or by emailing us — we'll respond within 30 days.
Children's privacy
The Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Services evolve. We'll post the new version here with an updated date, and notify you directly for material changes.
