These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DepoJet, FaturaJet, and any other apps and services offered by PikoApps ("we", "us", the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Using the Services
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register, and you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt them.
Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Services (inventory, invoices, contacts, and similar records). You're responsible for the accuracy of that data. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions & billing
Some features require a paid plan, billed through the app store you downloaded from or directly by us, on the cycle shown at checkout. Plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date; fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, code, and branding, belong to PikoApps. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business — nothing here transfers ownership of our software or trademarks to you.
Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or poses a security risk to the Services or other users, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you first.
Disclaimer & liability
The Services are provided "as is." We work to keep them reliable and accurate but don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, PikoApps isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. We'll post the new version here with an updated date, and notify you directly for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
